Battlecard Studio

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you build a card we record which of your brains you selected, the competitor URL(s), and the generated battle card (each "we win" point carries a citation pointer to the brain page it came from; the competitor pages we read are stored as their citations).

What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell, share, or resell anything you generate.

Where data lives

Application data (cards, credit ledger entries) is stored in a single Neon Postgres database hosted in the US. Your brain content stays on ounie.com — Battlecard Studio reads it at generation time through Ounie's API as you, and never keeps a copy of your sources.

Competitor crawl

To build a card we fetch a bounded set of PUBLIC pages from the competitor URL you provide (respecting robots.txt, https-only, a same-site limit). We store the resulting card copy and the page URLs we read — not a full copy of their site.

Public share pages

A card is private until you turn on its share link. When on, the card is readable at an unguessable URL with no login (so your sales team can bookmark it); turning sharing off makes the link stop working. Citations show as quiet labels on the public page, not links into your brain.

Payments

Payments happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes credit purchases. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.

Deletion

Deleting a card removes it and its share link. To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
